X-TRA Yardage Wheel Gen II fits all Spot Hogg Fast Eddie and Fast Eddie XL sight models. The Gen II wheel allows the archer to develop pre-printed yardage tapes that can be used to accurately shoot different arrow set-ups (weights, spines, fletchings, broadheads, field points, etc.) without the need for major changes to their sight.
Simply "lock" the sight on 20 yards, slide any number of X-TRA Yardage Wheels with a different sight tape installed over the existing sight's factory wheel.Turn the wheel until the 20 yard mark line-up with the sight's pointer and tighten three nylon set screws (included), thereby locking the Gen II X-TRA Yardage Wheels into place.Once installed, simply "unlock" the sight and dial to the target's appropriate yardage.Just that fast, the archer is ready to shoot a different arrow set-up without time consuming changes to the sight.
When it's time to go back to the original arrow set-up, simply reverse the procedure and your ready to go!The original sight tape remains on the existing factory yardage wheel.
HUNTER'S TIP:When archery hunting in Arizona, the bowhunter's tag is good for both Mule Deer and Coues Deer at the same time.Sort of an "archer's choice".The owner of Long Range Archery Solutions has started carrying two arrow types in his quiver at the same time; one heavy arrow with fixed-blade broadheads for larger, tougher Mule Deer and one lighter arrow with a mechanical broadhead for smaller, quicker Coues Deer. The Gen II X-TRA yardage wheel allows him to spot and stalk either species on any given day by simply adding or removing an X-TRA Yardage Wheel, depending on his target of choice, all of this in the field and "on the fly" as opportunities present themselves.
Now you see why we say, "We reinvented the wheel so you don't have to!"
